Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cream of tarter
1/4 cup hot water
1 1/2 cup halved pecans
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of mace, nutmeg, salt |
Directions: Mix
first 3 ingredients with water. Boil until it forms a firm ball in
iced water. Add nuts and vanilla and stir quickly until all the
sugar dissolves. Turn out on to a cookie sheet and separate the
nuts. Sprinkle a pinch of mace, nutmeg and salt over the nuts. |
